AVAILABILITY
During Peak season, the estate can only be rented out by 7-day increments, starting on a Saturday.
During Mid and Off Peak season, there is a minimum 3 night stay with flexible check-in dates.

Our estate offers complete exclusivity with both residences: The Château and The Canardière, accommodating up to 20 guests. For smaller groups of up to 10 people, the Château can be rented standalone.

PRICING
PEAK SEASON
Full estate: Stays during the peak season will cost €13,500 per week with all expenses included (except tourist tax which will be collected on arrival).
Week stays only, must start and end on a Saturday.

MID-SEASON
Full estate: A 7-day stay will cost €11,500 with all expenses included (except tourist tax which will be collected on arrival).
Shorter stays are possible based on a minimum 3-night stay, pricing is as follows:
3 nights @ €1,930 per night
Château only: A 7-day stay will cost €6,000 with all expenses included (except tourist tax which will be collected on arrival).

PAYMENT
The payment will be processed by bank transfer as follows:
30% - three days after signing the contract
Remaining 70% - four weeks before arrival date
A refundable safety deposit of €2,000 is required before or at time of check-in. This will be refunded within two weeks of departure if no damages are caused. Guests are also required to have civil liability insurance (travel insurance in some countries).
CANCELLATION
Cancellation policies are as follows:
More than 30 days before arrival – 100% reimbursement
Between 7 and 29 days before arrival – 50% reimbursement
Any cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be subjected to the property withholding the total amount paid.
